About the Shoreview Building

Shoreview Center was built in 1965 as a centerpiece of the downtown business district. Today, it  remains a classic example of Mimo architecture or Mid-Century Miami Modernism, with striking concrete details, ceramic tile inlays and a gently angled footprint. 

It is a three story building with 35 offices, a mix of professional, healthcare and studio offices. Tenets include a full service restaurant and a beauty salon. It is ADA accessible.
